Terms and Conditions

Welcome to paradose.net. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our store. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility and Shipping Scope

Paradose.net operates strictly within Canada. We only accept orders from and ship to valid delivery addresses within Canadian provinces and territories. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a resident of Canada and are providing a legitimate Canadian shipping destination.

2. Payment via Interac e-Transfer

We accept payments exclusively through Interac e-Transfer.

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive manual payment instructions on screen and via email.
  • You are required to send the exact order total to our designated email address within 3 days of placing the order but preferably within 24 hours.
  • Please include your Order Number in the e-Transfer memo section to allow us to match your payment.
  • Orders will not be packaged or shipped until the Interac e-Transfer has been received and cleared by our financial institution.

3. No Refund and No Return Policy

All sales on paradose.net are final. We enforce a strict No Refund and No Return policy.

Once an Interac e-Transfer has been sent by you and accepted by our bank, the transaction is complete, and the order cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. We do not offer refunds or store credits for buyer’s remorse, incorrect choice, or changes of mind.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before sending your Interac e-Transfer. Unpaid orders will automatically expire after 3 days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer refunds, we want you to be happy with your purchase. In the rare event that an item arrives severely damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault, you must contact us at support@paradose.net within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the defect. Any resolutions (such as a replacement item) are granted at the sole discretion of paradose.net management.

5. Shipping and Delivery Liability

We utilize trusted Canadian third-party shipping carriers to deliver our products. paradose.net is not responsible for transit delays, packages stolen after delivery tracking marks them as “Delivered”, or delivery failures caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of paradose.net following any changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
